With all the screen viewing that most of us are doing these days with Zoom and online learning, you may want to consider taking a vision break.
For every 20 minutes of screen time, spend 20 seconds taking a break from the screen. This can alleviate eyestrain and dry eyes. This goes for adults and children.
If you noticed any of these problems, consider taking your children to the eye doctor: blurry words, sore eyes, reading close-up, or excessive winking.
