These exercises challenge your muscles, reaction time, agility and are a good cardio workout for the whole family.
Burpee Tic-Tac-Toe
Set up a large tic-tac-toe area somewhere on the floor. It can even be outside. Use different colored cups or bowls for Xs and Os. Each person must complete 10 burpees (or any other exercise) before they can pick up their cup or bowl and place it on the tic-tac-toe board.

Plank Ball Roll
Start in a plank position facing each other. Roll a ball from one person to the next without falling out of your plank position.
One-Leg Toe Tap Balance
Place 3 different colored cups facing down. Make sure they are about six inches apart. One person will be on one side of the cups. The other person will be on the other side, facing the person. Stand about half a leg distance from the cups. One person will call out a color, and you have to tap that color with your foot while balancing on one leg. First person to tap the correct color 10x without falling, wins.
Banded Hopscotch
Draw a hopscotch pattern on the floor, street or driveway. Use a resistance band or even socks to tie your legs together just above your knees. Now you can jump in and out of the squares.
