1. Prioritize tasks or give chores in order of importance.
2. Set a start date and time for those tasks.
3. Create schedules and routines.
4. Organize yourself and put organizing systems in place for your child
5. Monitor how long tasks actually take. You can make this into a game. You and your child can guess how long certain tasks will take, time it, and compare your results.

7. Take observation with how you feel and ask your child to do the same.
